Company Nature
Originally a private China tyre brand, SHENGTAI filed for bankruptcy reorganization in July 2019. In May 2021, the tire factory in China was acquired by Wuchan Zhongda Group (Zhejiang provincial state-owned enterprise) via its subsidiary for 1.108 billion RMB. The tire assets now operate under state-owned control as a direct export entity.
